Introduction of biomass pellet press machine
Palm kernel pellet machine is used for making wood pellet from waste material ,such as rice husk, wood sawdust, palm fiber,grass ,alfalfal ,empty fruit bunch,straw,etc.

Features of biomass pellet press machine
1) Ring die mold, vertical structure, granulating chamber cooling.Material feed directly in pellet forming chamber.
2) Die static, two roller rotating, and material centrifugal, evenly around.
3) Frequency adjusted feeding screw conveyor or belt conveyor,make sure the material can feed in time by adjust the speed of screw conveyor motor ,so make sure the high capacity.
4) The main press components adopt high alloy wear resistant material, the service life of wearing parts is two times than similar products.

Vertical ring mold, no material blocking. Double-layer mold greatly increased its working efficiency, and high-alloy steel mold greatly extends its service life. Independent lubrication under high pressure makes it clean and unblocked. Suitable for materials with low adhensiveness and shaping rate, such as rice husk, peanut shell and other fruit shells; tree branch, trunk, bark and other wood; various corp straws, rubber, cement, ash and chemical materials. Applicable humidity of raw material ranges from 10% to 15%, and raw material dimension should be 2/3 of pellet dimension. Widely used in biomass energy plant, power generation station, wood processing factory, fertilizer factory, chemical plant, etc, being an optimal molding device.
