1. This machine is mainly by frame, base, before and after rollers, transmission gear, deceleration machine, from the device, lubrication device and emergency brake, heating and cooling equipment etc.

2. The rollers are the machine's main parts and made by cold hard alloy cast iron. Its working surface hardness is HS68-75 and the surface is worked by grinding processing, so it has the high hardness and wear resistance. There is a cooling pipe in the rollers, through the pipe, cooling water or steam can flow into the sewer pipes from the down tube mouth, to adjust the surface temperature of rollers and meet the technological requirements.
