Police from Petrie are seeking assistance to identify a man captured by CCTV cameras last week.

At 5.09am on June 22 it is alleged that a man jemmied the garage door to the Carlingford Circuit, Warner address.

Entry was gained to the garage where the tyre to a vehicle that was parked in the garage was slashed.

Entry to the house was not gained.

Between 3pm on June 25 and 6.30am on June 27, unknown offenders stole a generator, drop saw and a ladder from a premises under construction at Robertson Street, Brendale.

The locked building site was entered by scaling a fence and then cutting through a lock. A cable and chain attached to the generator has also been cut. QP2201101396 refers.

A box trailer and other engineering equipment was stolen from a shed at Morayfield Road, Caboolture South between June 21 and June 28.

Unknown offenders entered the industrial shed by peeling back the galvanised wall sheeting.

Amongst the property stolen was a CNC brand Swifty 600 plasma cutting machine, a CIG welder and a Unimig plasma cutting machine.

The box trailer is a galvanised box trailer with no cages, bearing Queensland registration ET0169. QP2201106819 refers.

This road safety operation coincides with the June/July school holidays and a period in which there is an increase in vehicles using Queensland roads.

The operation will include strategies such as a highly visible police presence on Queensland roads and roadside drug and alcohol testing for police to detect offences and enforce the road rules.

Since Friday, June 24, Moreton police have issued 83 traffic infringement notices for life endangering offences including failing to wear a seat belt, speeding and using a mobile phone whilst driving.

Police have conducted 466 roadside breath tests (RBTs), arrested 12 drink drivers and seven drug drivers.

A 31-year-old man from Harristown was issued with a speeding infringement notice on the D’Aguilar Highway at Woodford.

Around 2.30pm on June 24, police will allege they detected the driver 145 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.

The man was issued with a fine for $1,286 and a loss of his licence for a six month period. QP2201085005 refers.
