Phoenix Industries (PI) announced today the signing of a contract to provide the equipment for a waste tire recycling facility being established in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Under this contract PI will manufacture and deliver their Model PI3000 processing line. This line of heavy-duty, all American made equipment processes whole used car and truck tires into a metal and fiber free crumb rubber at a rate of up to 3 tons per hour. This crumb rubber can be used in a wide variety of value added products such as molded rubber goods, rubberized asphalt and in sport field installations.

This along with another project we have in Brazil demonstrates our commitment to the South American market.
